The partner company in Durham Region did not deliver on time (one day late), but they added a box of chocolates in apology. This was no real issue for the recipient of the flowers, but as the purchaser, I did not appreciate the delivery being late or the speed with which the delay of delivery was communicated by email (email came late that evening). Further, what the recipient received was not as purchased. I purchased a mixed bouquet of lilies (mixed colours) but what was received was only one colour. For this reason, I would not choose this kind of purchase transaction again. For the record, when I ordered locally for pick up, the transaction was seamless and with outstanding customer service, and the flowers were among the best I have ever purchased. The issue seems to have been with the local partner company.
